Hello Fellow readers today's blog post is about Samoan independence, for reading we had to read a story about Samoan independence then we had to answer three questions that were listed on our class site.
We decided to give our answers on a slideshow as me and Tasharn thought it would be easier to set up.

My life as a shoe

It was one of those days where you just wanted your owner to go away , i was sick of her she was wearing me out.

She did this to my cousin she did this to my brother and know she is trying to do it to me it is not fair and I want her to stop but she will freak out if she finds out that I can move and talk .

She is literally going to be the death of me , she wears me everyday and she doesn't even bother to wash me.

Your probably thinking well to be honest your probably not thinking your probably just confused and freaked out but to be honest I DONT CARE you annoying people just think you can wear me and ruin me and then " back to your other pair " honestly it's getting annoying and I want it to change !!!!

Yes there are funny moments like when you get to kick soccer balls into people tummies ... Their reaction is so funny oh oh and when you get to throw yourself off people's feet in and it will fling into the air that's pretty funny to.

To be honest the bad stuff is over running that in the moment I'm like confused sitting here like " we have feelings to OK you can't just go around killing us " I'm going to laugh when the shoes run out if they ever do...

Anyway my life routine is the same every single day wake up owner gives a shoe to the dog I watch it get teared apart then get chased by the dog , then she puts me on then takes me off puts another pair of shoes on and walks out, the dog has been so close to killing me 3 times and he needs to stop because I'm getting dirty and ripped.

Sometimes I honestly wish that my owner or the dog would just get it over with instead of putting me through pain everyday I mean just hurry up and throw me in the bin like you did to my mother.

In fact I am so sick of this I am leaving and don't be surprised if I never come back ....

                                    Science Questions and My answers 

• What animals keep our jackets warm? 
• Birds mainly birds feathers but different and softer parts can be used as well 
• What animal makes our boots waterproof?
• I'm not sure but i do know that cows make our boots leather.
• Where does the water in our rivers come from?
• They comes from melted snow from our mountainsand also from the rain.
• Why do we need healthy rivers?
• To keep us fro getting tummy bugs and to keep ourselves and other living things hydrated. Also to catch fresh fish.
• What are some of the good things about mosquitoes?
• They purify the water and get eaten to help the life cycle.
• Why are bees dying?
• because of deceases and also because people are killing them.
• What do bugs do to our leaves

• R educe - lowering the level of something
• R euse-  using it multiple times
• R ecycle - putting it into a special bin so they can reuse the item.
• How much dung would we be in if there were no dung de- composers?
• It would make up most of the land and it would be mooshy

Needs & Wants

People confuse Needs with Wants today fellow readers you are going to find out the difference to both of them let's begin.

Need's are things that you need for everyday life like liquids to keep you hydrated our task for today was to Write a definition for needs and a definition for wants. Then we have to write the top 5 things we need and the top five things we want.

Family Of Five Sentences

For Reading we had to take notes about different types of sentences and put them into a D.L.O ( Digital Learning Object ) the different sentences that we had to make a D.L.O about are the W-Start the Short sentences and the long sentences, I chose a slideshow as my D.L.O.

Dancing group

For the past term I have joined a group called the dancing group it is for year 7/8 and I have really enjoyed it, the dance teacher Miss Birtch is a great dance teacher and incorporates the students / dancers ideas into the choreography and makes sure we are enjoying what we are doing this is our dance from this term.

 Something I enjoyed about the dance group was even though we did make mistakes and there were delays in the music we still pushed through and did the dance we didn't quit and storm off. I have only started the dance group  this term but yet I have been able to enjoy the exercises make an opinion on it and have had heaps of fun and have been able to put effort into something I enjoy.

Japanese

This is my Jikoshokai in Japanese. "Jikoshokai" means self introduction.
I was sadly unable to finish this. But I loved completing as much of this task as possible !! Hope you enjoy.

How To Fall

Task #1

Maia is proud of Aunty Emz I know this because it says in the text " She's on fire eh Maia" "Duh Maia says and also it says " That was awesome " Maia says and to me that makes me know that Maia is proud of her Aunty.

I think Maia feels bad about moving because she keeps on getting into arguments and it says in the text that Her sister got to stay behind just because she was in the mid of exams since it was the middle of the year and Maia got mad because she had to friends around where she lived.

I don't think Maia found it very hard because she seemed to pick up all the tips and pointers her Aunty Emz gave her reasonably fast and she didn't take very long to learn how to use the tips and pointers her Aunty gave her.

Task #2

I had to make a biog adjustment when I moved to Hornby High School because you had to work around to get to your different classes and having a new teacher and also having different people to mingle with it was difficult to find new friends and people to hang out with and talk to because you were known as the " new kid " so everyone kind of wanted to know how you acted before they started hanging out with you and it was hard leaving mid year.
