I am a student at in Uru Mānuka. In 2020 I was a year 8 and in 2021 I will be a year 9. This is a place where I will be able to share my learning with you. Please note....some work won't be edited - just my first drafts, so there may be some surface errors. I would love your feedback, comments, thoughts and ideas.

To support my learning I ask you to comment as follows:
1. Something positive - something you like about what I have shared.
2. Thoughtful - A sentence to let us know you actually read/watched or listened to what I had to say
3. Something thoughtful - how have you connected with my learning? Give me some ideas for next time or ask me a question.

Ka pai Shelby, you have answered many of these questions well. There are a few things that you may not have understood. The early people didn't have some food available all year round, so they had to store food and eat it during winter when vegetables weren't ready to eat and it was very cold when they would go out hunting and fishing. They could eat plentifully in summer when food was ready to pick. Keep up the great work.
