Physical Fitness

 Physical fitness refers to the capacity of an athlete to meet the varied physical demands of their sport without reducing the athlete to a fatigued state. The components of physical fitness are :

~ Body Composition 

~ Endurance

~ Flexibility

~ Strength

~ Speed
