Activity ONE : The First Settlers

Māui is a demi god from Moāri myths and legends.Here are some Interesting facts I have learnt about him.

1. It is said in a myth that Māui caught the North Island with his fishing hook and the South Island was his Waka!(Boat)

2. You will not find Hawaiki on a map, but it is believed Māori came from an island or group of islands in Polynesia in the South Pacific Ocean. 

3. Māui Was a demi god from Polynesia.

Because they love water

Because there skin is slimy

Because they’re blue

Because they swim in the water

Because their skin is soft

Because their cute

Because they like eating

Because their cute and friendly

Because……….

Because……….

That's why I like dolphins.

Walt design a poster to meet a need I desighned this poster becuase Mrs Lee told us that we needed to We came up with a poster rubric by creating a doc and seeing what other posters already had and what they needed to change and then we changed it and put it in a doc

What a boring birthday

The car ride

I knew I had to bear it it wasn't just suck  long car ride and it was my birthday but Morgan did want to go see her dad and not realizing that it would be so boring i did agree to it well that was a bit of a lie i knew it was going to be boring it was just because i wanted to let Morgan see her dad because she hadn’t seen him in a month so i agreed to go on the trip i should have arranged a plan with a friend or something but oh well the good thing was that i had a kindel with some games on it that i could play with and by the time we had gone through all those hills mum realized that she had left her phone at home so she had no idea of how to get around greymouth so we got lost about 10 times and Morgan was helping even tho she didn't know her left or rights and the worst thing of all was it was my birthday and i  had to sit in a car trip and it was just the worst day ever but another good thing is that the motel that me and mum were gonna stay at was only 600 metres away so we were thinking of going but the weather was bad so we just had a look at it and once we had dropped Michaela and Morgan off we went straight to the beach and then mum decided she needed to go to the toilet so we went back to the motel and she went and then i went and then we went to new world and got one of those mini teas i got butter chicken and so did mum then we went back to the motel and had the butter chicken and it wasn’t that good so we both decided not to get it again then mum set up a movie on the tv while i was on my kindle watching Chloe Hodgson and also checking if Michaela had messaged me and she had so then i messaged her back and then i played a couple more games and watched Gina and rclbeauty101 do some challenges like the disgusting cupcake challenge and then giant balloon challenge and some other ones and then mum said it was time to get off the internet so i did and then just at that moment i let rip a stinkbomb and mum said that is disgusting and then we both hid inside our tops and held our breath and about half an hour away we went to bed and had a good sleep then we woke up in the morning and left to go back to our house THE END ☹😂
